If you are already sailing on Lake Balaton and would like to sail on the Adriatic as a solo or skipper, the Croatian “B” maritime license is the most direct way. It is a permanent, internationally recognized document that gives you the right to sail and motor yacht within 12 nautical miles, up to 30 GT (approx. 20 meter boat).
The course takes place in Zadar: theoretical training in the evening, revision the next morning, then the exam – and you go home with a license. No practical exam, no medical fitness. Simple, effective.

Course program
- Day (Thursday/Friday): Arrival in Zadar by 16:00, meeting, theoretical training until 21:00.
