The purpose of this data management information is to provide detailed information on the data management carried out by WindWorks Limited Liability Company (registered office: 8200 Veszprém, Rozmaring u. 2/2. 1.em/5.; Cg: 19-09-518105,
tax number: 25410688-2-19), as data controller (hereinafter: Data Controller), with particular regard to the data management related to the online exam preparation system.

2. The data processor:
The technical operator of the online exam preparation platform, with whom the Data Controller
is in a contractual relationship. The data processor only has technical access to the email address provided by the Student, and processes it solely for the purpose of ensuring the use of the system.
3. Scope of processed data:
– Name, date of birth, address, email address, telephone number (based on training contract)
– For the exam preparation system: email address
4. Purpose of data processing:
– Processing and administration of applications for official exams
– Supporting preparation for the theoretical exam using an online system
5. Legal basis for data processing:
Performance of the training contract between the Student and the Data Controller (GDPR Article 6 (1) (b)) and the Student’s consent to the use of the online system (GDPR Article 6 (1) (a)).
6. Duration of data storage:
The data requested under the training contract will be stored by the Data Controller for 8 years. The e-mail address provided for the exam preparation system will be stored for the duration of the use of the system, but for a maximum of 1 year.

8. Legal remedies:
